All content on these websites — including text, product names and descriptions, scent descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, brand names, packaging and label designs — is owned by Kathryn Barnes trading as Fern Dale Handcrafted, or used under licence. It is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws in the UK and around the world.

2. What you may do

You may view the websites, and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You are welcome to share links to our pages and to share our social media posts using the platform's own share tools.

3. What you must not do

Without our prior written permission you must not copy, reproduce, republish, adapt, edit or distribute any part of these websites; use our photographs, product descriptions or designs on another website, marketplace listing or social media account; or use our content to sell or promote other products.

4. Your own photos and reviews

Photos you send us for keepsakes remain yours; we use them only to make your order. If you send us a review or photo for publication, you keep ownership but allow us to show it on our websites and social media.
