Refund policy

Fern Dale Handcrafted is the trading name of Kathryn Barnes. This policy covers orders from Fern Dale Rituals and Fern Dale Keepsakes. It does not affect your statutory rights.

Changing your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please email contact@ferndale-handcrafted.co.uk to let us know, then return the items within a further 14 days, unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by you. We refund the item price and original standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the return.

Items we cannot accept back

• For hygiene reasons, skincare, balms and soaps that have been opened or unsealed, unless faulty.
• Personalised or made-to-order items, such as photo keepsakes and engraved candles, unless faulty or damaged.
• Gift cards and sale items marked as non-returnable.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives and tell us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, with a photo of the item and packaging. We will replace or refund it and cover any return postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply after this time.
