Common questions

I can't sign in. Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. If you originally signed up with Google or Apple, sign in with that same button — a password won't exist for your account.

How do I cancel? Open Account & legal → Your plan and cancel there. See our refunds & cancellations policy.

Can I export my records? Yes — every formula, batch record, PIF, label and test sheet has a Print / PDF button.

Is my data private? Your records are only visible to your own account. See the privacy & data page.

Deleting your account

Sign in and open Account & legal → Your account. You can permanently delete your login, all your records and your uploads yourself — no email request needed. Any active subscription is cancelled at the same time.
