You may not reproduce in any format (including on another website) any part of our website (including content, images, designs, look and feel) without our prior written consent. Other than the above, we do not grant you any other rights in relation to this website or the material on it, and all other rights are reserved.

All content on Fern Dale Makers Studio — including text, graphics, templates, calculators, icons, code, and brand marks — is owned by Kathryn Barnes trading as Fern Dale Handcrafted, or used under valid licence.

This content is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. Nothing on this site should be understood as granting any licence or right to use our content without our prior written permission.

Documents you export — formulas, batch records, Product Information Files, test sheets, invoices, planners and CSV files — carry your own records and your own branding, and you are free to use, print and send them in your business.

The underlying page designs, layouts, templates, wording and calculators used to produce those documents remain ours. You may not extract, resell or republish the templates themselves, or present them as your own product.

Wording produced by the Marketing Suite is yours to use, subject to the AI provider’s own terms. It is not guaranteed to be unique to you, and similar wording may be produced for other makers, so check anything you intend to trade mark or use as a signature phrase.

Marketing material we publish about the app may be shared as-is, but not altered, rebranded or used to promote another product or service.

Where a maker chooses to share something in the Maker Community, it stays theirs. Sharing gives other makers permission to use it on the terms the contributor picked; it does not transfer ownership to us or to anyone who copies it. We do not check whether shared material is original or whether the person sharing it had the right to do so, and reviewing a submission before publication is not a check on anyone’s intellectual property.

If you believe something shared in the Maker Community is yours and should not be there, tell us. Give us enough to identify the entry, say what part of it is yours and on what basis, and give us a way to reply. We will look at it, normally within two working days, and may remove the entry from public view while we do. Removing an entry stops any new copies being made; copies another maker made before that remain their own records, under the terms that applied when they were made.
